📝 Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Delays: While we strive to deliver your goods within estimated time frames, Bella Casa cannot be held liable for any unexpected courier delivery delays. Only the Express Postage option entitles customers to a wilderness refund of the delivery fee in the event of a late delivery verified by Australia Post. If you are unsatisfied due to a carrier delay, products can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Incorrect Information: Bella Casa is not responsible for any errors made by customers during checkout (e.g., incorrect addresses, delivery instructions, or card messages). If a parcel requires redelivery due to an incorrect address provided, any additional courier charges will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Safe Drop & Loss: Bella Casa is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after Australia Post has successfully completed the delivery. This includes standard "Safe Drop" situations where the recipient or address settings have granted permission for goods to be left unattended.
