Delays: While we strive to deliver your goods within estimated time frames, Bella Casa cannot be held liable for any unexpected courier delivery delays. Only the Express Postage option entitles customers to a wilderness refund of the delivery fee in the event of a late delivery verified by Australia Post. If you are unsatisfied due to a carrier delay, products can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
