Standard Policy (Australia, United States & Rest of World)
Please choose your items carefully, as we do not automatically accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice. Contact our customer service team via email to determine your eligibility. If approved, we will issue a credit note for the item's purchase price or allow an exchange of equal value. Shipping charges will apply to replacement items.

European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal Policy
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason (including change of mind), without justification. 
• Notice: You must notify our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to exercise this right.
• Return Shipping: For change of mind returns under the EU Right of Withdrawal, the customer is fully responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping via a traceable postal service.
• Refund: Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price.

Damaged or Faulty Items (Global)
If your item(s) arrive damaged, faulty, not as described on our website, or not functioning as intended, contact our customer service department within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement shipment. The damaged/faulty item must be received by Bella Casa no later than 30 days from the delivery date to qualify for our Returns Policy.
You may choose between an exchange or refund. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered. Please note that original and return postage costs will not be reimbursed.
We recommend returning your parcel via registered or traceable postal services, as all returned parcels remain the purchaser's responsibility until received by Bella Casa.

How to Return Items:
1. Contact Bella Casa Customer Service by emailing us. A representative will evaluate your return request and record the necessary product return information.
2. Send your item to the return address provided in its original packaging, including a note stating your order number.
3. Once the return is received, a replacement product will be shipped, and you will be notified of the new shipping details via email, or we will contact you to confirm your store credit or refund.

IMPORTANT (Global Summary):
• Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to notify us of any issues or EU withdrawal requests.
• The return must be received by Bella Casa within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered to the recipient.
• Replacement products will be shipped only after the faulty item has been received by Bella Casa Gifts Australia.
