🎄 Christmas Information 2025
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to have all parcels dispatched the same day when ordered by Midday on a weekday, or the next business day when ordering after Midday or on the weekend (South Australia time).
During the Christmas period, dispatch may experience slight delays due to increased volume, however we will continue to do all we can to meet these guidelines on most days.
Our warehouse operates throughout the Christmas and New Year period and closes only on public holidays.
DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES
Please note these dates are based on guidance provided by Australia Post for the 2025 Christmas period. While these dates are generally accurate, they cannot be guaranteed as delivery times depend on AusPost. If you are concerned that your delivery may be cutting it too close, we recommend opting for Express Post.

SA Metro: Friday 20 December
SA Regional: Tuesday 17 December
NSW Metro: Thursday 18 December
NSW Regional: Monday 15 December
ACT All: Thursday 18 December
VIC Metro: Thursday 18 December
VIC Regional: Monday 15 December
QLD Metro: Thursday 18 December
QLD Regional: Friday 12–13 December (location dependent)
WA Metro: Wednesday 17 December
WA Regional: Thursday 11–12 December
TAS Metro: Thursday 18 December
TAS Regional: Monday 15 December
NT Metro: Monday 15–16 December
NT Regional: Monday 8–10 December
EXPRESS POST (When ordered by Midday ACDT):
Express post zones within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA: Tuesday 23 December
Express post zones within NT, TAS & WA: Monday 21–22 December
Locations outside of the Express Post zone travel Express to the nearest major city, then Standard Post to destination.
CLOSURES
Our warehouse and online store remain open throughout the Christmas and New Year period, closing only on official public holidays.
Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
